Wooly Angel creates custom handmade keepsakes made to order from your pet's photos, details, and personalization requests. Because each piece is individually made for you, our return and refund policy is different from standard ready-made products.
Custom-Made Products
All Wooly Angel products are custom handmade items. Once your order has been confirmed and production has started, it usually cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a problem caused by our error, such as a damaged item, defective item, wrong item, or a major difference from the confirmed order details.
Request Period
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the confirmed order details due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at qilin229999@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect photos or details provided by the customer, minor handmade variations, or delays caused by missing customer information.
Review Time
After we receive your request and supporting information, we usually review refund, replacement, or return requests within 2-5 business days. If additional information is needed, the review period may be extended until the required details are provided.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
