Thank you for shopping with Wooly Angel. Each Wooly Angel piece is custom handmade to order from your pet's photos and personalization details. Because of this, our shipping timeline includes both handmade production time and delivery time.
Order Processing & Production Time
All Wooly Angel products are made to order. Order processing and handmade production usually takes 1-2 months after your order is confirmed and after we receive the required photos, customization details, and any necessary clarifications.
If we need additional photos, information, or confirmation from you, production may be delayed until we receive the required details.
Estimated Delivery Time
After production is completed and your package is handed to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on the destination country or region, shipping carrier, customs clearance, holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions.
Production time and delivery time are separate. The total time to receive your order includes both the handmade production period and the shipping delivery period.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
